• Microsoft Outlook - email, PIM (XP)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer - web browing, site updating (5.01 SP2)
• TrendMicro OfficeScan - virus protection (Corporate Edition)
• Music Match - mp3 player (5 & 6)

• Macromedia Dreamweaver UltraDEV - web design (4.01)
• Corel PhotoPaint - graphics editing (9)
• AOL Instant Messenger - instant messaging (4.7)
• Microsoft Windows Terminal Services - remote control of Windows 2000 servers
