Ephesians

  1. 6:1  Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
  2. 2  Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)
  3. 3  That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
  4. 4  And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
  5. 5  Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
  6. 6  Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
  7. 7  With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
  8. 8  Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
  9. 9  And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
  10. Philippians

  11. 2:12  Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
  12. 13  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
  13. Luke

  14. 6:27  But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
  15. 28  Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
  16. 29  And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.
  17. 30  Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
  18. 31  And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
  19. 32  For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
  20. 33  And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.
  21. 34  And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.
  22. 35  But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
  23. 36  Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
  24. Titus

  25. 2:9  Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
  26. 10  Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
  27. Philippians

  28. 10  That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
  29. 11  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
  30. I Timothy

  31. 6:1  Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
  32. 2  And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
  33. 3  If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
  34. The Acts

  35. 10:34  Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
  36. 35  But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
  37. I Peter

  38. 2:19  For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
  39. 20  For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
  40. 21  For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
  41. 13  Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
  42. 14  Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
  43. 15  For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
  44. 16  As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
  45. 17  Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.
  46. Romans

  47. 5  But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
  48. 6  Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
  49. 7  To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
  50. 8  But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
  51. 9  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
  52. 10  But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
  53. Hebrews

  54. 11:24  By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
  55. 25  Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
  56. 26  Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
